Idris Moudi BSc (Hons) Ost. graduated in July 2007 from the London School of Osteopathy with a First-Class Honours degree. He has also undergone medical acupuncture training with the British Medical Acupuncture society, and has recently attended out-patient clinics with the eminent rheumatologist Dr Mike Shipley, at University College Hospital.

Idris is a former professional dancer, and has a special interest in dance and sports injury. His additional areas of particular interest are necks, TMJ and feet.

He has seven years experience as a rehabilitative Pilates and Gyrotonic® instructor. His teaching credits include English National Ballet Company, Harley Street Physiotherapy practices, Elmhurst Ballet School, Alan Herdman Studios, and has founded his own Pilates clinic, Natural Moves.
